Hunting

Alondra froze, suddenly scenting dog. She closed her eyes and thought for a second. Lab she thought. Trotting in the direction of the dog, she stopped when she saw a male black lab sitting in a patch of shadows, dappled by light going through the tree's leaves. She walked up slowly to the lab and pressed her fur against his. "Hello." she barked in a low voice. The lab looks at her "Why are you so close to me?" he asked. (when its italicted its the lab talking) Alondra smiled a doggy smile slowly then rested her head against his shoulder. "I was just lonley, you seemed so kind even from a distance, I decided to come to you." The lab blinked " I-I'm flattered but-" he started, but he didn't get that far. Alondra's paw went flying up and slammed into the back of the labs neck. His howled in pain as his eyes widened and then colapsed to the ground, knocked out cold. Alondra howled loudly, knowing that the dog-catchers waiting would come pick up the dog, load him into their big, shiny moving animals (cars lol) and get him there before he woke up. I should stay here though, in case the dog catchers are too busy thrashing through the tree's to get here. She sighed then sat down, shaking her head. (by the way, Breeze probably would of heard the howls lol)
