Might I suggest that you put the info header thing up the top into 'Main Headers' rather than 'Global Headers' because it takes up so much room, it takes longer to load pages, and you don't really need to see all that information all the time anyway.
The same thing should apply to affiliates especially, because having to load that many images takes a long time, especially people with slower computers. The chat box makes sense to have on every page, but those other images just don't need to be seen all the time.
