"Ok then." he said standing up and shaking his fur. He turned tail without seeing if the dog was following and began scenting for some prey.

Arashi didn't notice how big this dog was 'Wow' she thought and scurried after him

Scenting a mouse he narrowed his eyes seeing a clump of grass. Bunching his muscles he bolted. The mouse must of noticed him long before as it was making for it's burrow but Breeze got it andd snapped it's neck with a quick bite. He devoured the mouse in a couple of bites and stood up to see if the Arashi had caught anything.

Loba padded through some corse grass. He had finally got away, the humans wouldnt chase him anymore, though he wished he could get rid of the jet black colar around his neck. He stopped next to an overgrown rose bush, hardly feeling the thorns prick his long shaggy fur. Hearing voices carried by the wind, he froze and peered around the bush. Loba saw two dogs. Maybe I should go before they see me he thought.

Breeze pricked his ears. he heard something in a nearby rose bush. Creeping up to it he sniffed wondering what type of prey it was. Is that...dog? he thought. Sniffing again he confirmed the scent of a dog. "Hello? Somebody there?" he asked his ears swiveling back and forth. It didn't really help with anything, but it was a habit of his. Swivel. Swivel Swivel. Swivel. He liked the feeling. His blue eyes darted around trying to see if there were other dogs around. he didn't want to get into a fight.

Loba's eyes widened. These dogs couldnt spot him, he was outnumbered, but pretty sure he could out-run them. The only real reason Loba was so worried was because on his collar there was two silver scratches on it. The humans called them "numbers" and they put them on most of the collars to be able to keep track of the dogs. The scratches on his collar read 10. In the back of his mind he wondered if they would reconise the numbers, as Thunderbolt, the dog that caught and beat up more dogs then most dog-catchers dogs. All he did for now though was shrink himself as small as possible behind the rose bush. Oh, I'm in trouble now! he worried.

Loba knew he only had one chance. He suddenly burst out from behind the bush, teared past Breeze and ran toward Arashi in a run for freedom, the silver letters on his collar flashing in the sun.
