Breeze struggled to walk through the snow that was pouring down through the forest. He had come here for shelter so far. Underneath the trees it was not as tough to walk through the snow drifts. He sneezed as a flake or two landed in his nose. Seeing a place where the snow was lighter he went over and shook his coat clearing some snow off of it.
He saw a rabbit and he bunched his muscles. Leaping he almost got it but couldn't pursue it in the snow. He reatreated back to the tree. The lake was sure to be frozen no use going there. His eyes flitted around clouds of white piling all around him. If only he could climb.

Katrina walked through the snow, gracefully, unknownably, smartly. Smelling that shepard again, she could easily spot him through the snow. She was adapted to this. It was easy. Under the snow she could hear a rabbit running away from the dog. First encounter wasn't that good. Maybe I should try again. Jumping like a fox to the left, she sunk her teeth into flesh. The rabbit struggled for a while, but fell still.
Walking to the shepard like a ghost, she threw the thing at his head. Blech

Breeze shivered once and decided to try his luck again. He couldn't just starve. Then he heard the snow crunch and pricked his ears. He whipped around seeing a dog pounce on something. Probably that rabbit I missed. He thought. Watching it come closer he recognized the shape of Katrina and bit back a growl. Their first meting had been less than good and he didn't want to see her again.
He was shocked when she offered him the rabbit. Well not really offered, more like threw it at him. Like, Here. If you don't eat it maybe it will kill you instead! Anyway he didn't want anymore trouble with the dog. "Thanks." he barked still confused on why she had gotten him the rabbit anyway. Oh well, Breeze didn't want to waster any prey. He bent down and started to eat the rabbit.

Katrina glared at him for a minute, keeping her thoughts mostly out of her head. She turned, and walked to where a tree was. Scratching the bark, she found that the inside was frozen. The sap was frozen under the bark. That tree or, any of the trees around it weren't suitable for climbing. She growled slightly. Katrina had wanted a spot off the ground. Gotta do it the old fashioned way she thought. Going to a tree, with branches caked with snow, she touched it lightly. Then she walked where the shepard was, or Breeze, whatever he wanted to be called. Kat threw all her weight into her paws, and slammed into the tree. She was instantly covered in snow, at least five feet above her head.

Breeze finished his rabbit to see Katrina pawing at a tree. No use. I tried that earlier. he thought. But he let her keep on pawing. Like it was going to help any. Then he saw her slam in a tree. Breeze leapt to the side and seeing her get 5 feet of snow dumped on her he only got about 1 foot. Which was still bad, but better than 5. He let out a bark of amusement oping it would get through the snow. He clawed some of it aside hoping she wouldnt suffocate. She didn't like the dog, but she didn't dislike her that much.

Katrina snapped up at Breeze as he pawed her den. Stop that! You'll ruin it. If you want to get the least bit warm, and keep the cold out, I suggest you come through the door. She turned her head to the back near the tree. Inside, she had already hollowed out a den, perfectly circular around, and enought door for ten dogs all mashed together. The snow let some light in, but with that hole Breeze just made, there was even more.

OOC: Please make your siggy a bit smaller :3
Breeze went inside surprised at all the light that actually came through to the snow. But he had just made a hole. Stupid! he thought. He shouldn't of made that hole. But he didn't know. Oh well it didn't seem like Katrina was mad. He padded inside the cold snow freezing his pads. His green eyes looked around with intrest at the structure. Wow. Pretty good craftsmanship. Breeze joked to himself. Nice....house?" Breeze barked intrigued.

Sol had left his camp in the morning on one of his epic walks. He wondered on mindlessly through the woulds, past the river, and finally made it here. He wasn't sure why he was there. His short dense coat did little to conserve heat, and his heavy frame sank deep into the snow.
The smell of blood came to him on a chilly breeze, the thought of eating hadn't occurred to him until now. Hunting prey in this area would be useless to him, there had to be a place where the snow was thinner. For now i guess ill be stuck scavenging. He hadn't picked up the smell of dog on the breeze, just blood; So his meal would likely be alone. He made it there, completely oblivious to the hollowed out heap of snow that lay close in the distance.
After finishing off his meal he turned to walk away, it was then he stumbled into the mound of snow. He backed away a few paw steps, ready for a rogue to jump out and attack.
"Who is there?" he asked.

OOC: We might need to finish this up pretty quick and make a new thread it's Spring now.
Breeze pricked his ears as he heard a voice outside. Well...nothing else to do. he thought. He climbed out of the snow and shook his fur rid of the tiny white particles that still clung. Now my fur's all damp. he thought disgruntled. "Well I'm obviously here." he said waving his tail a little showing his wasn't going to attack him or anything. "And who are you?" he asked the dog standing infront of him. You'd think they'd know not to scare off the prey with their barking. he thought before he realized he'd done the same thing.

ooc: Im soooo sorry for the wait! The internet in my area went down!
"I'm Sol. Im...uh...sorry for destroying your......thing." he said at a loss for words. He'd never seen anything built out of snow before. Nor was he expecting such a happy, wolf to emerge. He looked around to make sure he didn't see any similar structures, there could be an army of rogues waiting to ambush him.
